How do I get my ticket?
You need to sign in with your drupal.org user account information. If you don't have one yet, it is best to create one before buying a ticket.
Login with your drupal.org credentials (If you're NOT already logged in, you will get an access denied page).
Register (buy your ticket).
Can I buy a single pass for the pre-conference trainings?
We don't offer single day passes, and to attend trainings you must be registered for the whole conference.
Do I have to pay VAT on top of the admission fee?
The quick version: Tax is based on where the service is delivered not on the citizenship of the attendee. If you are coming to the UK then you must pay the appropriate tax.

Example 34: For a conference organised in Stockholm for participants paying a fee to attend, Swedish VAT is charged.
Example 35: A ticket bought for a football match played in Liverpool will contain UK VAT.
I am applying for a visa and need an invitation letter. What to do?
Send an e-mail to our support and your request will go directly to the right person.
What we need is your full name, order number, passport number, country of issue and complete address. We'll then issue a pdf file to you.
If the invitation letter needs to be sent to the embassy by us, please send us the email contact.
