Drupal recently moved to git from CVS. Although this move has been fantastic and we've seen great response from the community (the number of committs per week and number of contributors, both increased 2x), a lot of people have issues with understanding git and concepts behind it.

If you've been struggling with git, come join the BoF and we'll help you out. Even if you're not using it for contribution (wanting to use it in your company perhaps?), feel free to join in and ask your questions!

This is great!

I need this so I can get back to properly maintaining my first contrib module (added it under CVS and still haven't found the time to get comfortable enough with Git not to be afraid I'd mess up my branching, tagging, etc)
