I've had a question for many months, originally starting here:

The question remains unanswered, although integration of a third-party system currently seems most appealing. Has anyone already done this in Drupal - something customer-friendly? I know there's Open Atrium, but that's in 6, and it's difficult to theme. Whenever I set this up, I want it to be a step forward!
