Web Account Manager / Web Producer (London)

We are looking for an Account Manager who can look after our clients, serve them well, and develop a portfolio of excellent projects.

This will involve working closely with our project managers, our team and our clients.

This challenging and varied role will include further tasks which expand beyond basic client liaison, these will include:

  • Regular liason with clients and development and nurturing of client relationships
  • Discovering opportunities and writing winning proposals
  • Preparing and delivering presentations
  • Writing case studies

To apply for this role you will need to have:

  • 2 years experience in a similar account management role (graduates with a relevant degree or equivalent with excellent writing and communications skills will also be considered)
  • Good organisational, communication and writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines

It would be nice if you also have: (but not essential)

  • An understanding of online communities and an interest in working with them
  • Ability to generate revenue and new project opportunities through existing client relationships
  • The desire for continuous self improvement and a passion for learning
  • An inquisitive nature ability to research, understand, evaluate opportunities and solve problems
