Help and Documentation in Drupal Brainstorm

Let's get together and brainstorm about:

- What would make the documentation and help better (*.drupal.org and help in-line in Drupal and contrib modules)
- Tools we could use to improve the contrib experience for help and documentation in Drupal
- Tools the community could use to build help/doc for their projects (e.g., build a site for a client and provide them some help on how to manage the site)
