Drupal + Project/Portfolio Mgmt

I'm really interested in chatting with the Drupal community who have experience in Project Management within Drupal, and outside of it. I'd like to talk about:

- The differences you've noticed between Drupal PM and general IT PM
- Techniques that have worked / not worked in the Drupal project management field
- Agile vs. Waterfall and Drupal
- Drupal's Project Management solutions --- is there really one within the drupal platform? Should there be?
- Any experiences/tips/tricks you want to share with the group
- Any other questions that come up!

Time allowing, maybe we can chat a bit about Program/Portfolio mgmt and Drupal, or maybe we'll have a separate BoF for that if the interest is there.
